This case was one of many which we dealt with involving the temporary speed limit near to Glasgow Airport. Our client was already subject to the totting-up provisions which left no room for error. The Crown appeared at trial and asked for an adjournment due to a failure to properly prepare the case. The motion was opposed and the court agreed with our submission that proceedings should come to an end. Our client was very relieved and very thankful.
