Careless Driving By Striking Pedestrians At Crossing Paisley Sheriff

Kept Licence
Paisley Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court charged with failing to maintain proper observations, failing to respond to a red traffic light at a crossing and colliding with two pedestrians, one of whom suffered serious injuries as a consequence of the collision. Having agreed a suitable narration with the Crown, the Sheriff accepted that the matter did not merit a period of disqualification and six penalty points were imposed, together with a modest financial penalty.
