Dangerous Driving Dunfermline

Kept Licence
Dunfermline Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with dangerous driving in Dunfermline (on the B922) by driving his motorcycle at speeds of 96mph in a 60mph limit and 84mph in a 40mph limit. We contacted the Procurator Fiscal in advance of the trial and pointed out a number of inconsistencies in their case and persuaded them to accept a plea of guilty to careless driving at a speed of 78mph in a 60mph limit. Had we not negotiated in advance with the Procurator Fiscal then our client could well have been facing a disqualification for dangerous driving in Dunfermline.
