Careless Driving Dropped At Glasgow

Our client was accused of careless driving and causing a collision. It was obvious to us that the other driver caused the collision and following some negotiations, the Procurator Fiscal was persuaded to drop the case against our client on the morning of the trial on 8th July 2022.
