Careless Driving On The A96

Kept Licence
Elgin Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with careless driving by colliding with a cyclist at a roundabout causing severe injury in the process. Following rigorous cross-examination of the Crown witnesses at the trial, the Prosecutor decided that the case should proceed no further and stated to the Court that he was no longer seeking a conviction in respect of the case. Our client was formally acquitted of the charge and free to drive away from Court.
