Dangerous Driving Aberdeen

Our client was a young male driver and was charged with dangerous driving in Aberdeen by speeding at 67mph in a 30mph limit. Dangerous driving carries a minimum penalty of 12 months disqualification. The Crown had also libelled an alternative charge of speeding which we persuaded them to accept. Instead of a hefty disqualification, we managed to persuade the Court to impose a short period of disqualification namely 3 months.
