Our client was accused of travelling at a hugely excessive speed where police officers had to accelerate to 125mph in order to make any ground.

Our client was also accused of undertaking and tailgating. 

He was prosecuted for dangerous driving

The case was fully examined and called for trial on 1st March 2023 at Livingston Sheriff Court. 

Our Mr Simpson attended and managed to secure a plea to careless driving.

Our client's licence was retained and he drove away from Court an extremely relieved man.
