Dangerous Driving Outside Football Stadium

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

It was a 'nothing burger'. Our Mr Simpson attended at Glasgow Sheriff Court and spoke to the Procurator Fiscal. A plea to careless driving was accepted. Our Mr Simpson addressed the Sheriff in mitigation. The Sheriff agreed with our Mr Simpson's assessment and endorsed our client's licence with only 3 penalty points (the statutory minimum).

An outstanding result where he originally faced a mandatory minimum disqualification of 12 months.
