The accusation was that our client had been drinking and driving (50 microgrammes in breath). The scene of the alleged offence was Spylaw Road in Kelso. We defended the case so successfully that the Procurator Fiscal did not dare to bring the case to trial. The case was discontinued and our client retained his driving licence.
