Driving At Twice The Speed Limit & Evading Police Capture

Kept Licence
Dumfries Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

This case involved speeds of twice the applicable limit together with the allegation that our client deliberately failed to stop for a marked Police vehicle on the A713 Castle Douglas to Ayr Road. The incident continued on to the A75 Gretna to Stranraer Road. Having reviewed the disclosure, our client elected to plead guilty to a reduced charge with an amended narration and received a four penalty point endorsement on his driving licence.
