Our client was charged with careless driving by colliding with another motor on the Clyde Tunnel Expressway in Glasgow. There was an additional charge of failing to identify the drivier in terms of s.172 of the Road Traffic Act 1988. After sundry procedure, our client's plea of not guilty to both charges was accepted by the court.
