Glasgow Speeding Charge Dropped

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was a new driver facing a speeding charge 42mph in a 30mph limit in Glasgow.

His father contacted our office looking for assistance. The family were extremely concerned about the potential impact a criminal conviction would have upon his future career.

We provided a great deal of information to the Crown and were able to persuade the Procurator Fiscal's Office to drop the charge before the Pleading Diet as it was not in the public interest to proceed. The case did not call in Court at all.

Our client and his family were understandably delighted.
