Our client was accused of seriously injury a pedestrian by running them over in a commercial van.

The person was badly injured and hospitalised as a result of this incident.

The case lasted for almost 2 years, however, we discovered a technicality that resulted in this emotive prosecution being discontinued by the Crown.
