Inverness Sheriff Court Dangerous Driving

Kept Licence
Inverness Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our Mr Lyon dealt with this case in October 2010 and is one of the many historic cases that are presently being added to our database.

Our client was charged with dangerous driving on the basis that his speed of 106mph in a 60mph limit was grossly excessive for the wet road conditions.

Mr Lyon addressed the Court in mitigation and our client's licence was endorsed with 6 penalty points and a modest fine was also imposed.
