Lanark Careless Driving Offence Lawyer

Kept Licence
Lanark Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our Mr Lyon dealt with this case in September 2010 and is one of the many historic cases that are presently being added to our database.

Our client was accused of travelling at 107mph in a 70mph limit. We managed to negotiate a reduction in speed to a more acceptable 98mph and the Court imposed 4 points and fined him £300.

Our client kept his licence.
