It's Never Too Early To Call Your Solicitor

Kept Licence
Airdrie Sheriff Court

This case is good example of the importance of seeking legal advice at the earliest possible juncture. The original charges related to a driving incident whereby a number of motor vehicles were damaged following an accident. The allegation was that our client had essentially jumped a red light. This was a serious accident as a number of persons were injured as a result of the impact.

Our client consulted the firm immediately following the accident and we were in a position to provide the correct legal advice at each stage of the process. As a consequence of this advice, the case was treated as not called by the Crown on the basis of our preliminary plea to the competency of the charge.

As they say: it’s never too early to call your solicitor.
