Kilmarnock Careless Driving Charge Dropped

Our client was accused of careless driving by emerging from a junction into the path of an on-coming vehicle and causing a collision. Our advice was that he should plead NOT GUILTY as the other driver had indicated and slowed down and our client was therefore entitled to rely upon his signal and manoeuvre.

The case called for Trial and we were able to persuade the Procurator Fiscal to drop the charge.
