Livingston Dangerous Driving 3 Points

Kept Licence
Livingston Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had been driving a delivery van and made an error of judgement when approaching a vennel. This resulted in significant damage to residential properties, and our client was charged with dangerous driving.

Our client's licence was essential to his employment and he was very worried about the potential consequences of a conviction.

Our Mr Simpson attended at Livingston Sheriff Court on 24th April 2024 and, hot on the heels of his previous plea, addressed the Court in mitigation and went one better than the case before. The Sheriff accepted that the error on our client's part was minimal, an easy mistake to make. He received 3 penalty points and was fined £160.
