Another VASCAR check at speeds in excess of 100mph on the M90 in Perth. Our client instructed a plea to be negotiated and we managed to persuade the Crown to reduce the speed and, as a consequence, a four penalty point endorsement was imposed by Perth Justice of the Peace Court. Speeds at this level can often result in a period of disqualification and our client was very happy with the final disposal.
