Our client was charged with driving dangerously by engaging in a race with another vehicle, accelerating at an excessive rate and causing members of the public to take evasive action. Sounds serious but the evidence heard by the court suggested otherwise and our client (and his co-accused we have to say) was found not guilty after trial.
