Our client was charged with driving dangerously on Carmunock Road in Glasgow by travelling at excessive speeds and repeatedly overtaking and undertaking other slower moving vehicles. The allegation stemmed from a complaint made by two members of the public and the incident fell into the category of a road rage allegation. The evidence led by the Crown was held to be not credible or reliable and our client was found not guilty after trial and left the court relieved and with his driving licence firmly in his pocket.
