Red light cases which rely upon camera evidence can often by difficulty for the Crown to piece together. So it proved in this case as our client was found not guilty after trial in relation to allegation of failing to comply with a red signal on the A82 Stirling Road at Dumbuck. The acquittal meant a lot to our client as he already had nine counting penalty points on his licence.
