Dangerous Driving Paisley Sheriff Court Acquitted

The driving complained of in this case involved high speeds, roundabouts and evasive action being taken by three vehicles as a consequence of our client’s sub-standard driving around Linwood. There was a significant background to the case and we negotiated a plea with the Crown to the reduced charge of careless driving and the Sheriff was subsequently persuaded to impose three penalty points for the offence, the very minimum prescribed by law.
