Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

If you were charged with speeding at 60mph in a 30mph limit you would ordinarily be facing disqualification. When a case is this serious, you really need to get excellent legal representation. Our client was clocked at 60mph whilst driving through the Clyde Tunnel detected by means of a calibrated speedometer. This was a serious charge and would have had very serious consequences for our client had he been convicted of the the offence. Our client retained his licence and everything that flowed from it. Speeding is our particular area of expertise and on this occasion our client most certainly benefitted from it.
