Defence Of Speeding Charge Glasgow

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Ordinarily this would not be a cause for concern but our client was a new driver with 3 penalty points already on his licence. He required to successfully defend the case or his licence would have been revoked by DVLA. Having identified a technical line of defence we kept our powder dry as we didn't want to reveal our hand too early. When the Crown closed their case we drew to the attention of the Court a slew of missing evidence. We successfully argued that the Crown case was insufficient in law for a conviction to follow. The Court agreed and our client was found not guilty of the charge.
