Our client was accused of speeding at 80mph in a 50mph limit. We had previously avoided a conviction for dangerous driving for this client, but had to win this case to avoid him being 'totted-up' and disqualified.

Our Mr Simpson appeared for trial on 27th June 2022 and managed to persuade the Procurator Fiscal to drop the case against our client.
