Stirling Drink Driving Case Deserted

Kept Licence
Stirling Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had been accused of drink-driving and provided a reading almost 5 times the legal limit. The police followed all the procedures and reported the case to the Procurator Fiscal.

The issue was... Our client wasn't driving. There were 3 people in the vehicle and the police had breathalysed the wrong person, and stuck to their guns despite being entirely incorrect. The police were unaware that there was security camera footage available which demonstrated our client's innocence.

Our Mr Simpson discussed the case with a senior prosecutor and the case was discontinued.

No stone was left unturned in securing an acquittal.
