Dangerous Driving 125mph Stirling Not Guilty

Kept Licence
Stirling Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with dangerous driving for travelling at an outrageous 125mph on the M9. The allegation was supported by video evidence in which our client's car was clearly visible. This was also a case in which our client accepted being the driver at the time.

Following representations made to the Crown, the case was discontinued.

No points, no fine.

An excellent result in the circumstances.

Job done.
