Our client was approached by an unmarked police car and got spooked and took off. The Procurator Fiscal prosecuted our client for failing to stop for the police and dangerous driving.

We made representations to the Crown regarding careless driving on multiple occasions. The offer was rejected umpteen times.

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court for trial on 22nd May 2024. Following extensive cross-examination, the Sheriff convicted our client of careless driving and found him NOT GUILTY of failing to stop for the police. His licence was endorsed with 3 penalty points.
