Dangerous Driving Reduced To Careless Livingston

Kept Licence
Livingston Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was accused of driving dangerously by: speeding and overtaking stationary vehicles at red traffic lights and entering the junction when it was unsafe to do so; and colliding with another vehicle and failing to stop.

Our Mr Miller appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court and persuaded the Sheriff to deal with the matter by imposing 7 penalty points. He was also fined £640.
