Drink Driving Charge 10 Points

Our client was accused of drink-driving.

Mr Simpson attended Court on 20th August 2025 and examined the Court papers. It was apparent that the Crown may have a difficulty in establishing that the vehicle had been driven.

A plea was accepted to an 'in-charge' offence and our client's licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points and he was fined £580.
