Dunfermline Careless Driving Case Dropped

Our client was accused of careless driving and only became aware of the case when she was contacted by the police to advise that there was a warrant outstanding for her arrest.

She was panicking slightly as she'd never been in bother before and was scared about being arrested.

She contacted our office and spoke to our Mr Simpson.

Following a few phone calls the warrant was withdrawn and, as an added bonus, the case was deserted.

Job done.
