Edinburgh Dangerous Driving 5 Points

Kept Licence
Edinburgh Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was accused of driving at 65mph in a 30mph limit and was charged with dangerous driving. Our client asked us to find a way to keep her driving licence and pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Our Mr Simpson contacted the Procurator Fiscal's Office and persuaded the Crown to accept that our client was simply speeding and asked for the speed to be reduced to 60mph. The negotiations were successful and, on 18th July 2022, our client's licence was endorsed with 5 penalty points and she was fined £300.
