Our client was accused of dangerous driving by speeding in wet weather conditions at grossly excessive speeds.

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on 16th January 2024, and negotiated a plea to an alternative charge of speeding. 

Having addressed the Court, our client's licence was endorsed with 3 penalty points and he was fined £545.
