Wheelie Bad Driving Inverness

Kept Licence
Inverness Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was captured on police dash-cam footage performing a 'wheelie' on his motorcycle and was prosecuted for dangerous driving

Following negotiations with the Crown, a guilty plea was agreed to the lesser charge of careless driving

Our Mr Simpson attended Inverness Sheriff Court on 17th May 2022 and told the Court that the driving, although bad, was not wheelie bad

Five minutes or so later, when the laughter in the courtroom eventually subsided, our client's licence was endorsed with 6 points and he was also fined.

A good result. You may even say it was a 'wheelie' good result.
